Last weekend we were in Boston and had dinner at Prezza. I highly recommend it, everything was spectacular. The surprise winner was the lemon cake with was more like a mix between cake, soufflé, and mousse. The dessert was absolutely amazing and unlike anything I have ever had. Then low and behold I found a recipe for it online and it is really easy. If you are in need of a delish easy Easter desert I give this one two thumbs up. Just writing this makes me crave it!
