Dear Kara,

I am on week 3 of Zone Manhattan healthy food delivery. Each day I get breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. The calories total to 1,300/day (b/c I want to drop some LBS) and are delivered to my door every morning. The food for the most part is pretty good. The big surprise is the tiny portions, I thought they would be larger. This is a good lesson in portion control.
