Best Dip Ever

Dear Kara,


Today I got inspired to share one of our favorite recipes....Parmesan Artichoke Hearts of Palm Dip. I know you and I both had love at first sight with this dip many OU weekends ago. Such a great dip for entertaining and SO easy to make.


8X8 Pan
Preheat to 350
1 Can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 Can of hearts of palm, drained and chopped
1.5 Cups of Parmesan cheese
1 Cup of sour cream
*I have always wanted to try using greek yogurt instead of the sour cream. 
1 Cup of mayo
Lemon Pepper & Garlic Salt

Mix all ingredients together except save a bit of parm to sprinkle on top. Place in pan and sprinkle remaining parm on top. Cook for 25-30 minutes and then broil to brown the parmesan.

Serve with toasted baguette or fritos.
