Enchantment resort and spa in Sedona.. I want to live here

Dear Margaret,

First off, your beignets at The Little Owl make my mouth drool all over the place:)

Secondly, Ryan would never be caught dead wearing man jewelry.. it's hard enough to get him to wear his wedding ring:) But Don and Charley both wear some New Zealand jewelry made from leather and stuff and I guess I'm ok with that.. just not Ryan's vibe nor do I want it to be haha.

Lastly, our trip to the Enchantment Resort and Spa (http://www.enchantmentresort.com/) in Sedona, AZ was so amazing, I never wanted to leave. The suites are gorgeous and roomy with a big fireplace, gigantc bathroom, and charming lil patio with mountain views. The spa/pool area is so serene and cozy with huge lounge chairs and local hibiscus iced tea... plus you can order fresh juices and smoothies from the juice bar or a light breakfast/lunch/snacks from the spa restaurant (all with calorie count, thank you very much:) (Mii amo Cafe). Apparently the spa services are very good, but we didn't have time. "Daily activities" are included in your hotel fees,  which include: various yoga classes, Pilates, teaching/hiking tours about Sedona and the very famous vortex, etc etc. ("A vortex is the funnel shape created by a whirling fluid or by the motion of spiraling energy"...read more about it at: http://www.lovesedona.com/01.htm .. it's cray cray). We decided to do hikes on our own since we aren't really tour types...the views were so incredible.. we even witnessed some women on the top of the mountain jumping together in a circle, dancing and chanting "the power of the vortex".. weird crap.. you should have seen Ryan's face hahaha. The main/nice restaurant at the hotel (called Yavapai), serves all organic and local foods.. some from their own garden on site.. and is served to you on white table linens and Jan Barboglio iron chargers (not to mention the views are spectacular).. um..can you describle a place more fitting for me?!--minus the fact that the shopping is blah.. but I wasn't there for that. We only had 24 hours here, so we got the most out of the hotel that we could.. didn't even make it into town besides driving through. You have to come here sometime!! Whether it be girl's healthy spa trip or romantic couples get-away, I recommend this place to anyone. We felt like we were there for a week! Big fan of Sedona.. huge fan of Enchantment Resort:)

Kara
