Dear Kara,

That bun looks perfect! Also the ideal wedding hairdo. Speaking of weddings, I was at a wedding last weekend and now one this weekend, so I have wedding attire on the brain. Emily Post's guidelines are quite vague and basically say cocktail dress for all occasions. In my opinion there are really only  two rules, no white & keep it conservative. (Unless the ceremony isn't in a church) Or if you are wearing a backless dress or plunging neckline wear a shawl or leather jacket during the ceremony.

So here are my top 10 picks..... *All under $300 because these dresses are rarely worn again you don't want to break the bank.

Lace has been a big trend for awhile but whats new and fresh is seeing it in these bright, rich colors. $92!

More Lace... It's perfect for weddings! I love how elegant and yet young this style is...$72.72
This peplum shift is pure elegance and I love the blush color! Very Modern $99.90
I love everything about this dress...Just pure fun. $88
Colorblock is a major trend and I love these colors together. $285
This style is such a classic shift you can wear it over and over again. $168
One shoulders are very flattering and especially with the asymmetric ruffle. $272.69
This dress is sexy and fun. The full skirt will look great on the dance floor. $88
Knife Pleat skirts are very in....Love how versatile this dress can be. $286
The Sexier Version...It also has an open back. I happen to own this one and wore it to a wedding a few months ago. $89.90
