Brooke Burke's Secret for a Bangin' Body; See Instant Results :

That cover-up is so cute! I'll definitely have to order one before the summer is over... I love the Missoni-esque looking one:)

I wanted to share with you my absolute favorite workout videos that I have been alternating this summer. I've always admired Brooke Burke's amazing body, so did a little research to find out exactly what she does (this is what she said in Fitness Magazine):

"I try to get to a Pilates Plus class, which is an intense, fast-paced workout that's done on a special reformer machine, at least three times a week. I also go to the gym a couple of times. I do 15 minutes on the treadmill, walk­ing at a 3.5-mile-per-hour speed and a 15-grade incline, and then I do the 45-minute head-to-toe workout I designed with trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche for one of my new DVDs. I don't think you need more than an hour to do cardio and full-body toning. I don't have three hours a day to devote to my body, but I do have an hour five days a week."

So, of course I ordered her two circuit training DVD's to alternate with my Pilates videos, Barre, and cardio.. and OMG do they work! I noticed results after the first time and feel like they make my body the tightest/most sore of them all. I travel with them too b/c all you need is 2 pounds weights (which are easy to find anywhere, or you can sub with water bottles/cans, etc.) and it's only 45 minutes of intense circuit training.
